Isy & Cris uses USPS 1st Class shipping with tracking. Upgrades are available during the checkout process for Priority and Express. Other shipping carriers may be used for Canadian orders.

For custom and handmade items in our shop, processing takes 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product description page. Standard shipping ($3.99) takes 1-3 business days for the East coast and parts of Central (USA). 3-6 days are usually required for the west coast (USA), Alaska and Hawaii. Standard shipping for Canada ($17.99) is 5-10 business days. Border Customs delays are always possible. Shipping promotions may change these noted rates.

Custom orders are non-refundable unless an error was made on our part. Please contact us if you have any issues. We will work with you to find a solution. All non-custom items have a 30-day return policy.

For pet necklaces, please use a soft ruler and measure your pets neck circumference (where a collar would lay) and then add one inch for hang. Our necklaces do not come with extensions, accuracy is important. Please do not guess your pets neck size as your necklace will be custom made and not returnable.

At Isy & Cris, we strive to use products that are safer for pets, children and adults. Children should always be supervised when wearing any accessories. Any accessory can be a choking hazard. Collar necklaces, charms and bows must never be used in place of a dog collar. Please supervise your pet while wearing any of these items. Isy & Cris is not responsible for chew damage, damage to people, pets or property due to use or misuse of our products. Consumers assume all liability and risk.
